SilverSneakers®

Mondays – Thursdays 10am

A versatile and free fitness program for Medicare recipients (adults 65 and older). Increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.

Yoga (Flow) $15

Mondays @ 6:30am

A faster paced yoga that is a mixture of meditation, breath-work, and a sequenced movement. Beginning with gentle movements to warm up the body, then moving into progressively more challenging sequences, and ending in slower, deeper stretches.  

Class Level: Intermediate

Power Hour $15

Tuesdays at 6pm

A class that will have various routines weekly including dance fitness, kettlebell, fat burn, HIIT, specified workouts i.e., abs & glutes.  

Class Level: Beginner to Intermediate  

Yoga (Yin) $15

Tuesdays at 7:15pm and Saturdays at 8:15am

A slower paced yoga that involves holding poses for a longer time (2-5min). It’s a more meditative and passive practice focusing on deep breath. It helps not only muscular flexibility, but also joint mobility.

Pilates $15

Saturdays at 7am

System of repetitive exercises that promote strength, stability, and flexibility that stem from the core. Targeting the “powerhouse” muscles, which include the glutes, hips, pelvic floor, and lower back through functional movement patterns.
